FROM REAL-LIFE WOMEN

My name is Charlecia Chung and I am a Registered Nurse. I enrolled in Chelsea’s coaching, because I was tired of feeling as if I was going through the same cycle of disappointment and sadness repeatedly. I was tired of temporary happiness and depending on others for contentment. I wanted to experience true joy and happiness from within myself. I wanted to change; I wanted to experience something different. My experience in the course changed my life in many ways. It pushed me, challenged me and it forced me to face myself. It allowed me to address my mind body and spirit. It was a constant reminder to also give myself the same grace I so freely give to others. There were days where I didn’t want to participate but the motivation and love Chelsea showed me every day made me want to continue to show up for myself. Before working with Chelsea, I wasn’t aware of how much the food I consumed and the toxic household products I used impacted my body. After learning about which foods support my specific body type, I have more energy. I feel proud to know that I’m taking better care of my body. I also didn’t expect meditation to become apart of my daily routine. After learning more about my mind and my body I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. I’ve learned to be joyful in spite of my circumstances. This course made me become consistent and disciplined. It made me put myself first which had been long overdue. I am grateful for all the information that I was given. There have been lessons that I will hold onto forever. Chelsea was nothing short of amazing throughout this process. She was always one call away. I felt a sense of sadness when the course ended but I realized this isn’t the end but a new beginning. Thank you, Chelsea

My name is Saira lopes and I am a social worker. The experience has been more than I could have expected. The program was challenging but in a beautiful way. You leave it feeling refreshed, strong and powerful. You leave feeling like you have the tools to navigate the world and truly live a life of freedom and joy.” I literally took out $50,000 in order to attend school, so I’m a social worker. I figured that if I went to school that I would learn how to treat myself, but there is so much false information out there. People are being lied to. There is so much value in this course and gems that you won’t find anywhere else. Every morning I wake and literally say to myself, I am so glad that I did this. If you’re not struggling with depression, I would still encourage you to participate in this program, because it offers layers of enlightenment, peace, and empowerment.”

What women around the world are saying!

“I want to work with Chelsea again and again. It’s been so helpful and put so much of the trauma in my life into perspective. It taught me that it is okay to lean onto my friends and to accept support from others. The relationships that I’ve neglected are stronger. I feel loved. I feel seen. I feel still and happy.”

My name is Shakele Seaton and I am a teacher and published author. Chelsea has pushed me in such incredible ways, she teaches from the heart. She has such a sense of peace and teaches us how to tap into that peace too. She helped me to come out of depression by giving me the tools to cope in healthy ways. I feel connected and no longer isolated. I’m so blessed and grateful to have her impact.”
